What free web hosting would be good for storing my podcasting files? I might need a lot of space. Could somebody help me out?

Why don’t you try file upload Services rather.
like upload.com megaupload.com supload.com esnip.com fileul.com dl.filesend.net
Well still you want to use the web service then try following
http://www.multiply.com
It’s like Facebook + MySpace + YouTube + Webshots + LiveJournal put together – and its free, and has *Unlimited* storage space!
Go check it out, it is really simply to set up, and you can upload unlimited audio/video/photos and anything else, and easily link them to friends and stuff.
More importantly than storage is bandwidth restrictions. I work for a hosting company and disk storage is cheap, watch out for charges on data transfer. Often you’ll get socked for overage charges. Let’s say you had a 60 min audio podcast. That’s probably only around 60mb. However, let’s say you have 1000 people download that podcast, that’s 60,000mb. Suppose you had 10 podcasts…. you get the idea.
