Chris Sumter, who is handling sales and marketing for Siren Data SC-3, said the real estate trust plans to construct 221,000 square feet of data storage space on the Walsh Avenue site. Though the exact price of the property was not disclosed, it was offered at $91.8 million in late 2007.
