A screenshot of eUKhost’s website advertising its dedicated servers (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) – UK Web host eUKhost ( www.eukhost.com ) announced on Wednesday that it has launched two new managed dedicated servers, the i3-540 and i7-920. eUKhost says these new servers enable customers to have their website run on a private server, and “be sure that it is managed at all times to maintain optimum performance levels.” The i3-540 is an Intel Dual Core i3-540 processor with 4 GB RAM and 1 x 500 GB SATA HDD, and the i7-920 is an Intel Quad Core processor with 12 GB RAM and 2 x 1TB SATA HDD with RAID 1. “These two dedicated servers will ensure that a website does not have to use shared hosting, which can allow for much more flexibility and a greater return on investment,” Ryan Watson, business development manager at eUKhost said in a statement. “Being managed, both the i3-540 and the i7-920 will be maintained by dedicated system administrators, which will ensure smoother operations and ongoing upkeep as needed
