Earlier this month Google announced it signed a contract to acquire the building, which spans 2.9 million square feet.

Telehouse’s 39th data center, located in Shanghai (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — The US Department of Energy’s Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory ( www.lbl.gov ) is working with China to improve the energy efficiency of the country’s data centers, according to a report by PhysOrg.com .
