The announcement comes a couple months after IBM revealed it would be collaborating with China-based Range Technology Development to build the largest cloud computing data center in Asia, located in China’s Hebei province. The new facility will extend IBM’s globally via its integrated cloud delivery network with centers in Germany, Canada and the United States.
