I registered a domain name a few months ago with a little known company. The problem is the company’s service is a piece of crap – half the time their name servers are down. So I want to transfer that domain name to godaddy. So how do I go about it? Do I need to notify the old registrar and get their permission or can I just pay godaddy for the transfer and have it take place?

I want to put all my yahoo domain registration to one Yahoo account. Pls help. Thanks a lot.

I have a domain name that I have purchased from blogger. I also have a domain name that I have purchased from yahoo.
Can anyone here tell me how to transfer the domain from blogger to the yahoo domain? So that when they visit my blogger domain, it will redirect them to my yahoo domain page?

Someone I cannot have any relationship with anymore bought me the domain for my website. I am an author and there has been plenty of hits now on my website, so I don’t want to change it.
Anyone know the process for having the domain transfered into my name from the original purchaser’s?

I own a company and the domain name is already taken and used by another company that only uses it to redirect people to there main site. So they dont even need it.
