Let’s give some thought to our VPs. Some of them have been the brunt of jokes and some have disappeared into obscurity.
Of all of them, who do you think is/was the most intelligence and, especially, who do you think might have made a better president than the one they served under?

Cheney.
He will overcome and be proven correct.
0bama is in his last throes. FACT.
I’ll suggest Gerald Ford. I think he’s the only person to ever have become President (under the Constitution, at least) without being voted on by the Electoral College.
Well, one might say LBJ, but as president he turned out to be rather dumb, overall.
Cheney is and was the single most intelligent and effective VP.
Please no one say the AlGore, he was and is a total moron.
Richard Nixon was an excellent VP also.
Dick Cheney who was never heard from in the eight years he was V.P and is now spouting off every chance he gets. This guy’s a genius at trying to stop the investigation of the atrocities he masterminded during the Bush years. He would have been a better President than Bush since he made all the decisions anyway.
A few may have been more intelligent, Cheney, Gore, but quite honestly, I don’t think any of them would have been better presidents.
Certainly no one was more personally accomplished than Dick Cheney on both counts
John Adams
Hey look here.I think your answer is here

John Adams was a Conservative who fought for equal rights for all men including the Blackman when it wasn’t popular and when slavery was very lucrative. Remember it was the Democrats who insisted that they have free and slave states.
George Bush was the most experienced VP because he was military, congress, CIA and had knowledge of all government agencies.
