I originally purchased the domain name through yahoo and I’m planning on selling it on ebay. I know how the whole auction process works, i just need to know how to tranfer ownership of the domain name to the buyer (if it sells).

you ask for there adress and send it
You will need (at a minimum) the email associated with the users yahoo domain account. You can get this information from them after the auction ends.
Also you might want to get the domain appraised (to put in the auction). http://midflux.com < works well.
