Do a search on the net to see if there were any public records alluding to the other company obtaining the trademark. If not, you should be good to go. IANAL - see a lawyer. My understanding of the trademark law is that if you can prove that you were using the name for your business prior to the trademark that not only are you entiled to the domain, you may be able to get them to have to drop the trademark.
