you just switch the nameservers, form wherever you got it from ( ex: GODADDY)
Literally the best free host is http://isoworld.0lx.net/
it has all of that and it has the most support,, and most space of all free hosting I have ever tried
believe me i have tried about everything
visit here and go to the sign up page,,, they will give you a free co.cc domain,,,or you can get a .com domain for free with msn,,,you just need a credit card.
this site is good for adsense and ceo tips

Well I don’t really understand your question so ill give you two answers.
1. You are changing your hosting provider and you need to setup the domain with that hosting account.
Well, your new host should have given you your “nameservers”
They are usually something like domaincontrol45.name.com and domaincontrol46.name.com. You need to go to account for the the domain you want to change and then copy and past those nameservers it the right spot
(this is different with different companies for example in name.com you need to go to the DNS control but with namecheap.com you have a special area for this)
Anyway wait upto 24 hours (depending on your domain provider) and your ready to go.
2. If you want to, for example, send your domain from name.com to godaddy.com you just need to transfer the domains from in your accounts
If you want to transfer to bluehost service, you just enter your domain name into a box, and they transfer your domain name to their domain/hosting service automaticly. To do that, go to their website and click “Sign Up” button.
As you may know a domain name is just a name, not a real website. If you are going to create your website: 1- Buy a domain name. To get a domain name, you have to pay an annual fee to a registrar for the right to use that name. 2- Buy a web hosting service to provide your online space and enable you to get your website online at your purchased domain name.
Go to: http://bluehost-service.atspace.com . As an experienced webmaster I’m sure it would work for you and fulfill all your requirements. Their service is really great and easy to use.
