how to sell domain name on internet, where to make it known that there is domain name for sale and the “domain name” it goes by it, is there a charge? Is there any set price or minimum price one can sell the domain name, how does one determine the price and can it be put up for auction on the internet? Please any ideas, comments or opinions, suggestions, directions, all very very much appreciated.

Well there is Ebay; and some domain registrars can help. My registrar http://www.TemeculaValleyDomains.net has domain appraisals, and can help you set up a for sale page for free if you host with them.
Greetings! Since this is my part time job, I feel I can maybe throw some light on the topic.
There are several great forums where you can post your domains for sale. Below is the list (dnforum.com requires a paid membership to list domains for sale)
http://forums.digitalpoint.com (requires 50 posts prior to selling)
http://www.namepros.com
http://www.dnforum.com (paid only)
http://www.domainstate.com
If those don’t work, give ebay a shot. Sometimes you can get a good bid on ebay where on forums you won’t get anything. Also, don’t give up the first time posting them. Wait a week or two and post them again. Chances are, someone will want it.
Good luck!!
